Strictly Come Dancing 2006 champion Karen Hardy has provided five simple dance moves for you to practise throughout the festive season.

If you feel like you’ve over-indulged with food and drink, Karen has devised a specific routine which will help you redress that imbalance.

Practise it once or twice or day and not only will you get some great exercise, but you’ll also master some classic dance steps!
