This EastEnders pair to have SHOCK affair in huge summer twist

Oh no Ruby, what are you doing?!

Max Branning (Jake Wood) and Ruby Allen (Louisa Lytton) are set to have an “electric” affair in EastEnders this summer.

Their passionate relationship will kick off when the pair find they have loads in common when Max offers to help Ruby with her business plans, reports Metro.co.uk.

A source told the website: “Ruby and Max are an electric match and the chemistry between them is undeniable, but it’s safe to say they’ll have some obstacles coming their way.

“Ruby is completely oblivious about Max’s history with her best mate Stacey, and it’s only a matter of time before she finds out but just what will Stacey make of the pairing?”

When Max and Ruby get together it’s sure to cause chaos in the Square given Max’s legendary affair with Stacey.

Max and Stacey’s affair was famously exposed on Christmas Day 2007 when Stacey’s then husband Bradley Branning pressed play on a DVD given to him by Max’s eldest daughter Lauren showing Max and Stacey kissing!

When Max tried to stop his stunned wife Tanya (Jo Joyner) from leaving, she tripped over her case and crashed down the stairs…

You’d think that Ruby, who recently had a relationship with Jay (Jamie Borthwick), would surely work out that Max is a bad bet!

Meanwhile,  Max will soon be seen on a mission to find his missing granddaughter Abi.

Step-gran Rainie Branning is still at large with baby Abi and in moving scenes next week she will be seen having to sleep rough with the little tot.
