Natalie reveals she's "always in touch" with Adam Thomas, who played Adam
Emmerdale actress Natalie J Robb says she’d like Adam Thomas to make a comeback as her on-screen son, Adam Barton.
The fictional Adam is on the run, having been wrongly charged with Emma Barton’s murder and he was seen fleeing the country in a shipping container, apparently heading to France.
Meanwhile, 43-year-old Natalie says she would like actor Adam Thomas, who first played Moira’s son back in 2009, to one day return to Emmerdale.
“I’d love him to return,” says Natalie.
And she also revealed that she was in touch with Adam. But Natalie suggested that Adam might be a bit tied up currently with family life. Adam and his wife Caroline celebrated the birth of their baby girl Elsie-Rose earlier this year, who’s a younger sisters to their son, Teddy.
“I adore him and we’re always in touch, but he’s just had a little girl, so I think his priorities are somewhere else at the moment,” says Natalie.
Back in January, when he left Emmerdale, Adam paid a touching birthday tribute to co-star Danny Miller. He posted a snap of the pair dressed up and wrote: “My last ep tonight just so happens to fall on this mans birthday!!
“What a guy not many people like you out there brother you literally are one in a million! Never did I think joining Emmerdale 8 (years) ago I’d end up meeting a friend like you…a best friend …
“Love you with all my heart happy bday brother xx.”
Danny responded on Twitter: “You break my heart. My brother. Love you. X”
Emmerdale continues on ITV.
