Gemma Winter to discover this truly HORRIFIC SECRET in Coronation Street

How will Gemma react when she learns what happened to her brother?

Gemma Winter will find out the shocking secret that her mum’s ex Kel Hinchley sexually abused her brother Paul Foreman in Coronation Street next week.

When Kel arrived back into the family’s life, Gemma (Dolly Rose-Campbell) and her mum Bernie (Jane Hazelgrove) were pleased to see him, but of course Paul (Peter Ash) wasn’t at all happy as it transpired that Kel had sexually abused him when he was a teenager.

Paul has confronted Kel before over their past

The drama starts next week when a string of robberies happen around Coronation Street, leading a suspicious Gemma and Paul to confront Bernie about them in the Rovers.

Among the things stolen is Daniel Osbourne’s laptop, containing precious memories and videos of his late wife Sinead.

“When she [Bernie] admits that it could be something to do with Kel (Joseph Alessi), Gemma tells her that she’s gone too far this time. Either she helps get back Daniel’s laptop or she’s kicking her out and going to the police,” teases the official Coronation Street website.

Gemma Winter and Bernie are both set to make a shocking discovery

At Kel’s place, Gemma and Bernie can’t believe their eyes when they discover photos that expose what Kel has done.

“As they show Paul the photos, he’s horrified to see his terrible past laid bare before them,” it’s revealed.

Paul gets emotional when he sees the pictures and it’s then that he tells Bernie, Gemma and Billy (Daniel Brocklebank) exactly what happened.

Gemma and Bernie are “shocked to the core” as they listen to Paul telling them all about his past with Kel.

The question is what will they do now? Will they go to the police? Or will they take the law into their own hands to extract a bloody revenge on Kel?

Coronation Street continues on ITV.
