Chloe’s forced to relive her torment as she tells police what happened between her and Evan…

“Chloe is completely numb and in shock and it’s all hugely traumatic for her,” says Amy. “The last thing Chloe wants to do is talk about things but she knows she has to clarify everything that’s happened and state the facts. However, she’s not even sure she knows what the facts are!”

Meanwhile, Chloe’s mum Ange (Dawn Steele) and close friend Cameron (Nic Jackman) are concerned that Evan (Jack Ryder) will get away with what he’s done to Chloe, especially once he’s able to give police his own twisted version of events.

“There’s no doubt that both Ange and Cameron despise Evan,” says Amy. “Cameron was the only person who knew from day one what kind of man Evan was and Ange has always tried to keep Evan away from Chloe.”

Ange (Dawn Steele) is concerned for daughter Chloe (Amy Lennox) and wants to do everything to protect her…

As Chloe gives her own account of what happened, she’s consumed with feelings of anguish over what Evan did to her while also battling with the guilt over how she felt forced to retaliate.

“Despite what Evan’s done, Chloe’s still a caring person, so she feels a massive amount of guilt over the fact that she’s effectively put him in the position he’s in now,” says Amy. “But she also wonders if she’ll be culpable for defending herself.”
