Holly Willoughby quit The Voice to get her ‘work/life balance right’

Holly Willoughby has explained the reason why she left her hosting role on The Voice was to spend more time with her family.

The This Morning presenter told the Daily Express’s S magazine that she wanted to prioritise her children over the BBC singing contest.

She said: “Something that’s very important to me is keeping my work/life balance right. I love my job, but I love my family too and while I enjoy doing The Voice and it’s been a brilliant show, time is precious.”

Surprise Surprise and Celebrity Juice star Holly, who is mum to Harry, four, and Belle, two, said she would like to have another baby with husband Dan Baldwin.

She said: “I would like to have another one. If I’m lucky enough, but I don’t know when. I’ll just have to wait and see. I’ve always thought three would be nice, but you never know what’s going to happen, do you?”
