Speculation is rife that Ola Jordan may quit Strictly Come Dancing after she reportedly questioned her future on the show.
According to the Sunday People the Polish-born dancer – who is partnering Ashley Taylor Dawson in the current series – has admitted that she is considering her options.
“I don’t know if I want to come back,” she said. “I don’t know if I’m going to be in the next series because the decision hasn’t been made yet from the BBC side and from my side.”
She added: “It’s a year-on-year contract. It’s very much up in the air.”
The 31-year-old has reportedly had a tough series, with claims that she almost quit after a row with fellow Strictly pro Karen Hauer.
The pair were said to have come to blows after Karen told her “You’re a rubbish dancer, Ola, that’s why you’re always at the back” – with Pasha Kovalev intervening to try and calm the situation down.
Karen – who lasted seven weeks with her partner Dave Myers – later apologised to Ola.
Ola was also reported to be upset over not being asked to be a part of the Strictly live tour, which hits the road early next year.
Both she and husband James Jordan – who partnered Vanessa Feltz this series – have been left off the billing, with neither of their celebrity partners taking part.
James later took a thinly-veiled swipe at the tour on Twitter, saying: “If you do want to see a PROPER Latin show please keep an eye on our website and come see one of our events.”
A Strictly spokeswoman told the paper no decisions had yet been made about the 2014 line-up, but added: We love all our female dancers.”
