The new show launches on Monday, April 28, after ITV poached Susanna from BBC Breakfast.
Her fellow presenters will include Ben Shephard and Charlotte Hawkins, who have joined from Sky, and Sean Fletcher.
However, sources say that Eamonn, who presents Sunrise on Sky and This Morning on ITV on Fridays, could be in the frame to join the team.
Eamonn, 54, who previously presented GMTV, interviewed Susanna and Charlotte on This Morning and told them: “I am the Jedi of breakfast television. I could give you classes. Not that you need them, mind you.”
An insider revealed executives were waiting to see how the line-up worked but said if there were problems, “Eamonn could give them the dream team”, reports the Daily Express.
Susanna, a mother of three who became a household name on BBC Breakfast before reaching the final of Strictly Come Dancing, said: “Our set is different, fresh and it’s not what people have been used to over the last couple of years in breakfast television.
“It is something new and exciting for us.
“We all start behind the desk, which hasn’t happened for a while. It’s a good place for us all to be sitting. Is this a bold move?
“I think it makes it not a direct comparison to what is on the other side. It marks us out as distinctive. We are more of a team than a pairing.
“I want to create a good, exciting and engaging programme. I am actually looking forward to reading what people say after the first show.
“A lot of people will want to give us feedback and it will be interesting to hear what they say.
“We want to bring the news with a bit of a sparkle and leave a smile on everyone’s faces.”
