X Factor judge Kelly Rowland has threatened to quit the show if the reported twist in which the judges are made to swap categories goes ahead.

Speaking to the Sunday Mirror the Destiny’s Child singer – who is mentoring the girls category – said she did not want anybody “touching” her acts.

“I’m not giving Misha and Janet up for anyone,” Kelly said. “I’d walk before I gave them up.

“Everyone is doing such a good job mentoring their acts, I don’t know why they’d do that.”

Kelly – who missed last weekend’s show after being struck down with a throat infection – also told the paper that she and Tulisa have attempted to put their differences behind them, following their row over Tulisa’s claims that Misha B had bullied her acts.

“To not talk to Tulisa would be childish,” the singer said. “Don’t get me wrong, I was very disappointed, but we are cool now. Everybody needs to get on with it and move on. I have respect for Tulisa. We are not dissimilar.

“We both grafted and made our careers from scratch and have strong work ethics,” she added. “We’ve agreed to disagree over the Misha debacle.

“This is a competition and it won’t be the last time that me, Tulisa or Gary and Louis have a disagreement.”
