Piers Morgan to give first look at his Donald Trump interview on Good Morning Britain

Piers Morgan takes to twitter to reveal details about his exclusive interview with Trump

Piers Morgan will give a first look glimpse at his Donald Trump interview on Good Morning Britain this Friday.

The 52-year-old broadcaster is today interviewing Trump in his first international interview since becoming President of the United States.

And Piers, who’s previously said Trump is “not the monster people think he is,” has tweeted that “the first clips from my world exclusive interview with President Trump will on GMB from 6am tomorrow morning.”

Piers also tweeted a picture of himself with Donald Trump, revealing that the full chat will air on ITV on Sunday at 10pm.

Piers is good friends with Donald Trump, previously telling TV Times: “We have been good friends for 10 years. He follows only one Brit on Twitter and that’s me, even [Nigel] Farage doesn’t get a follow. I did the first series of Celebrity Apprentice in America which I won and I went back as his boardroom eyes and ears for about seven years.

“Then I went to CNN and interviewed him a lot so I feel I know him well. He’s not the monster people think he is and he’s no angel, and he’s definitely not a politician. He is a business guy who has struck the biggest deal in his life.”

Piers’s interview will take place in Davos, Switzerland, during the World Economic Forum. Piers Morgan will be live from Davos on Good Morning Britain tomorrow morning (Friday 26th January) to talk about the interview and give a first glimpse at his interview.

The full interview will then be broadcast on ITV on Sunday night (28th January) at 10pm.
