Piers Morgan says Coronation Street legend Julie Goodyear is one of the best guests he’s ever had on his ITV talk show.
The 48-year-old host interviews Julie, who played the soap’s Bet Lynch, about her three broken marriages, her cancer battle and her high-profile court case on Piers Morgan’s Life Stories, which returns to ITV on Friday, September 20.
“Julie was one of the most unpredictable, outrageous, emotional and hilarious guests I’ve ever had on Life Stories,” says Piers in a report by TV Times.
“Like Bet Lynch, she took no nonsense from me and gave as good as she got. Also, she was brutally honest and astonishingly revealing about her extraordinary life.”
Former EastEnders star Martin Kemp will also be appearing in the new series of Piers Morgan’s Life Stories.
