Strictly Come Dancing pros James and Ola Jordan are reported to be fearing for their future on the show after being left out of next year’s live tour.

The live-up for the tour has now been confirmed, with Susanna Reid, Deborah Meaden, Nicky Byrne and Abbey Clancy joining Natalie Gumede, Ben Cohen and Mark Benton.

However neither James nor Ola’s partners Ashley Taylor-Dawson or Vanessa Feltz are taking part, effectively ruling them out of the show.

And James attempted to drum up support by retweeting several messages of disappointment from fans after the announcement was made.

He also took the opportunity to promote his own live show with Ola, saying: “If you do want to see a PROPER Latin show please keep an eye on our website and come and see one of our events.”

However a source told the Mirror that James and Ola were worried this could be the beginning of the end for their Strictly involvement.

“James and Ola are not the most popular couple backstage on Strictly and there are growing rumours this could be their last year,” the insider said.

“James has been critical of the judges’ scoring and is now openly suggesting his Latin show with Ola will be better than the Strictly tour so he is not doing himself any favours.”

While James and partner Vanessa Feltz were voted out in week three, Ola and Ashley are still in the competition.

A BBC spokesman told the paper no decisions had been made regarding the professional line-up of the 2014 series.
