The Voice: the line-up for the finals

Mentors, Kylie Minogue, Tom Jones and Ricky Wilson went wild for the semi-finalists in The Voice and no wonder. There was some truly breath-taking performances in the live show.

Then the public got to vote and the finalists were named…

Team Will is now just Jermain Jackman. “You can expect Jermain to burn the roof down,” Will said of the 19-year-old before Jermain sang Without You, by David Guetta featuring Usher. “I loved it!” shouted Kylie.

And Jermain was good. But how good will he be in the finals?

Kylie Minogue was overcome with emotion after Jamie Johnson sang I Can’t Make You Love Me, by Bonnie Raitt. “That was so beautiful to hear you sing something so emotional,” she said.

It was a heartfelt performance. Will Jamie be able to match it in the finals and win for Team Kylie?

At 54, Sally Barker is the oldest finalist. She made it through on Team Tom singing The Whole of the Moon by the Waterboys.

“That was nerve-racking,” Sally said afterwards. “I’m still shaking.”

There won’t be any place for nerves in the finals, though.

Team Ricky rocked the semis – and Christina Marie rocked through to the finals.

“I sing right from my gut,” said Christina Marie after performing Bang Bang, by Nancy Sinatra.

“This show is called The Voice and you just heard it,” said Ricky.
