Fans of The Voice UK are set to have a lot more action to look forward to with the launch of a new BBC Two spin-off show in the later stages of the series.

The new programme – hosted by It Takes Two’s Zoe Ball – promises to take an ‘access all areas’ look behind the scenes of the programme as the live finals loom.

Coaches Tom Jones, Kylie Minogue, will.i.am and Ricky Wilson are also expected to put in regular appearances.

“I’m super excited to be involved in The Voice, and I’m doing some star jumps and squats to limber up for action as I speak,” Zoe said.

“Fans can think of me as the nosey naughty one who can ask questions we all want answering by our favourite acts and of course Kylie, Tom, will.i.am and Ricky.”

She added: “I shall bring everyone a little closer to the action and I promise not to sing!”

The current series of The Voice UK has been a hit with viewers following the arrival of Kylie to the panel.

The Aussie singer has reportedly been offered a £250,000 to stay with the show for another series after being credited with boosting its ratings.
