Gino’s Italian Coastal Escape, 8.30pm (times vary), ITV

Gino D’Acampo heads to one of Italy’s best-kept secrets – the Conero Riviera – a stunning national park where Mount Conero rises up from the crystal clear water of the sea. The TV chef’s first stop is a winery to sample one of the region’s most famous red wines – Rosso Conero. Inspired by the beautiful drink, Gino makes chocolate-coated fruit with crushed amaretti biscuits and chopped hazelnuts. The next stop is Castelfidardo, a beautiful hilltop town which is famous for being the birthplace of the accordion, and this week’s itinerary finishes with a visit to a secret cove called the Two Sisters where Gino demonstrates the traditional Italian way to make paccheri quattro formaggi, aka macaroni cheese.
