According to the News Of The World the flame-haired beautician – who is one of the most popular characters on the ITV2 show has sparked a bidding war among the producers of some of the biggest reality shows on TV.
And the paper reports the 21-year-old is also being pursued for a spot on the next series of I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here as well as Strictly and the revamped version of Celebrity Big Brother which will be on Five later this summer.
“Amy is a hot property and several shows are desperate to secure her because she’ll create huge attention for them,” a TV insider said.
“Strictly would be a brilliant move for her because it would introduce her to a new audience but she’s nervous because she doesn’t feel it’s her cup of tea.”
“Meanwhile I’m A Celebrity and Big Brother would give her a real chance to show off her personality,” the source added.
“She’s actually really intelligent, natural and funny which you don’t always get to see on TOWIE because the scenes are set up.”
Meanwhile the News Of The World reports that Amy has signed up for the next series of TOWIE despite rumours that she would be leaving to front her own reality show.
“Amy has agreed to go back,” the insider said. “It is a huge relief to everyone at ITV. But she knows that TOWIE launched her career and she wants to stay loyal to it.”
