Tulisa is set to be joined by rapper Tinie Tempah at the judges houses’ stage of The X Factor, according to the papers.
The Sun reports that the N-Dubz singer – who is reportedly mentoring the girls’ category this year – had been competing with Nicole Scherzinger to win over the rap star.
However he will now reportedly help Tulisa choose her acts for the live finals – while Nicole will team up with fellow rap star Ne-yo.
“Tulisa is thrilled Tinie is coming with her at last,” a source told the paper.
Other reports suggest that Louis Walsh will be accompanied by Sharon Osbourne and Robbie Williams will join Gary Barlow as sidekick.
There have also been reports that Tulisa will fly to St Lucia with her acts, Louis Walsh’s hopefuls will go to Las Vegas, while Nicole Scherzinger will audition her finalists in Dubai.
Gary Barlow, meanwhile, will remain in London in order to be close to his family, following the tragic stillbirth of his daughter Poppy earlier this month.
Meanwhile, The Sun reports that Olympic diver Tom Daley will be taking part in the show’s planned ‘Olympic special’ next month – and is even keen to be considered as a presenter for the live shows.
The bronze medallist could join other athletes on the planned special, which would see contestants singing Olympic-themed songs
“Tom is great on the telly and he’d really like to get involved in all the live shows in some way,” a source told the paper.
“Ideas being kicked about at the moment include making him a roving reporter. He could take the contestants out and about to film or to be their personal trainer. He’s keen to work with Dermot. He reckons he’s the best in the business.”
Others rumoured to be taking part had included Jessica Ennis, Chris Hoy, Mo Farah and Bradley Wiggins – but all of them except gold medallist Mo have since denied any involvement.
