Tulisa Contostavlos could be headed to Bermuda to join Louis Walsh on the X Factor.

The 26-year-old singer, who has battled legal woes over the past year, is reported to return to the ITV singing show to help the Irish judge during the judges’ houses rounds, reported Metro.

The paper claims that the pair will mentor the groups category, while Simon Cowell is drafting in long-time friend Sinitta and former American Idol judge Paula Abdul to help him whittle down his acts.

It would mark Tulisa’s comeback on the programme since she left her role on The X Factor in 2013. She previously sat on the ITV show’s judging panel in 2011 and 2012.

The rumours come after Louis hinted that he is supporting her since the collapse of her drugs trial and her conviction for assault.

He told the Sunday People: “I have spoken to Tulisa. I totally support her. I spent so much time in her dressing room, I know who the real Tulisa is. She’s rough around the edges, but she’s a good girl. I like her. I definitely would have her at judges’ houses. She’ll bounce back.”

This year’s judging panel includes Simon, Louis, Mel B and Cheryl Fernandez-Versini, with the 11th series set to launch on August 30.
