Harriet Walter also returns at Detective Inspector Natalie Chandler. Natalie is a tough boss, pushing her detectives and making sure they knows she’s in charge but she’s also fiercely loyal to Ronnie and Matt.

Ben Daniels is Crown Prosecutor James Steel. He is a born barrister, clear, precise and focused. James’ mission is to discover the truth of each case and make sure justice is carried out correctly.

Also back in series four is Freema Agyeman as Crown Prosecutor Alesha Phillips. She works alongside James bridging the gap between the police and the CPS. She’s the underdog of the team but she works hard at her job.
