The Voice coach will.i.am has dropped heavy hints that runner-up Leah McFall could be releasing new music sooner rather than later.

The Black Eyed Peas rapper announced last week he was taking the 23-year-old to Los Angeles to ‘make hits’, shortly after she lost out to Andrea Begley in the final.

And a series of posts in his Twitter account have indicated that these could include their version of Bang Bang – which they performed on last Saturday’s final.

The suggestion came after a fan tweeted him to say: ‘I think @iawill should bring out that version of bang bang he did with @leahmcfallmusic on The Voice UK’.”

In response the rap star told the person it was ‘coming soon’.

Will’s own version of the 20s-inspired song is currently number four in the charts, having enjoyed a sales leap after it was performed on last Saturday’s show.

The result of last Saturday’s Voice final left many shocked, as Leah had been the odds-on favourite to win – with will reportedly storming off the set after visually impared Andrea was named series champion.

However it has not stopped the Northern Irish singer from making a splash in the charts, with her versions of I Will Survive, I Will Always Love You and Killing Me Softly all occupying places in the countdown.
