It’s week two of The Voice live shows, and this time it’s the turn of Jessie J and Danny O’Donoghue’s teams to take to the stage for the first time….
Kicking off the show for Team Jessie was Toni Warne, who performed the classic Tina Turner hit Proud Mary, and won raves from the judges
Max Milner took to the stage with a guitar to perform the Tom Petty song Free Fallin’
While Ruth-Ann St Luce performed Cheryl Cole’s Promise This – but won a mixed response from the panel
Hannah Berney turned rock chick for a Cry Me A River mash-up – and once again the judges were divided
Vince Kidd wowed the judges with his quirky take on Elvis Presley’s Always On My Mind
Aleks Josh sent female hearts fluttering with his version of Dream A Little Dream Of Me, which won Michael Buble comparisons from the judges
Cassius Henry stepped out of his comfort zone singing Coldplay’s Paradise – but it was a gamble which paid off
David Julien wowed both judges and crowd with the Temper Trap song Sweet Disposition
Becky Hill was the penultimate singer of the night, taking on Basement Jaxx’s hit Good Luck
And Saturday’s show ended with an emotional performance from Bo Bruce, who sang Kate Bush’s Running Up That Hill
Sunday’s results show featured a performance from Emeli Sande
Jessie J had a difficult decision on her hands when it came to rescuing either Toni Warne or Ruth-Ann St Luce from the chop
In the end though she opted to keep Toni – eliminating Ruth-Ann from the competition
Danny O’Donoghue was also faced with a tough decision – whether to save Max Milner or Hannah Berney
Ultimately however he saved Max – making Hannah the second singer of the night to depart. Four down, and now only 16 remain….
